With Bed and Breakfast stays, the guest is In short, a farm stay allows the guest the opportunity to rest, relax, and participate in activities that he or she would otherwise never experience. At the farm, our guests can learn about gardening, livestock, barn building, animal husbandry, crop harvesting, or any number of activities going on at the farm during their stay. Check out our “Upcoming Projects & Workshops” page to see if your area(s) of interest are “on the agenda” sometime soon. If not, we make exceptions to the schedule for our special guests! While located a mere two miles outside Henderson’s city limits, Stillwaters Farm boasts a 1000 square foot guest house on property: The Cottage, which lends itself to a bygone era—a time when life was slow and simple. Horns and sirens, traffic and commerce are a rarity around here. Instead, guests will be bathed in the comfort sounds of the country—a donkey’s bray, a dog’s bark, a horse’s whinny, and, on occasion, our sheep’s graceful baas. Butterfly gardens, in full bloom most of the year, are just off the outdoor lounging area, so guests can expect a visit from the local hummingbirds (in season), graceful butterflies, and bumbling bees on the hunt for a load of pollen. Songbirds, deer, and turkey inhabit the woods and meadows all around. A good book and a cup of hot tea will round out a most enjoyable farm experience. Come, enjoy the peace of the country!

Reservations confirmed with non-refundable deposit equal to 1 night’s stay. All guests are required to complete liability waivers and other appropriate paperwork.
Weeknights are defined as Sunday—Thursday; weekends are defined as Friday and Saturday.

Terms and Conditions This is a DRUG and SMOKE-FREE facility. Specials, rates, and events subject to change without notice. Sorry, no pets. This facility is not handicap accessible. Reservations and rate guaranteed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of your total. Cancellations must be made 30 days or more in advance to qualify for a refund. Guest(s) agree to pay for any damages incurred during stay whether negligent or willful. Stillwaters Farm, its owners, and agents will be held harmless for any damages or injury to persons or property. Stillwaters Farm, its owners, and agents reserve the right to refuse accommodations at their discretion. Confirmed reservations constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions. |
